1. Who is the controller?

2. How does the form work?

Your name/company, email address and shipment details are placed into an email draft in your browser. The website form does not send or store this information on a server. You send the message from your own email application; Kesztella Kft. receives the email you send. The acknowledgement is included in the prepared message. We receive the data directly from you; the sender address, date and any additional information you voluntarily include in your email also form part of the correspondence. Please do not include unnecessary personal data or special-category data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss the requested shipment. For individuals requesting services for themselves, processing is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business contacts, the basis is our legitimate interest in business communication and responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox authorises transfer into an email and acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to newsletters or advertising. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot prepare a meaningful quote without suitable contact and shipment details.

4. Access, providers and retention

Staff handling your enquiry and email/IT providers may access information only as necessary for their tasks. Our email provider is Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary; company registration number: 06-10-000489), which provides the hello@kesztellakft.hu mailbox. Rackhost privacy notice. Disclosure to authorities may be required by law. We retain enquiry information for the time needed to respond and conclude the discussions you request. If no contract is concluded and no other lawful retention ground applies, we delete it. Contractual records and documents subject to statutory retention duties follow the applicable retention requirements. We review retention when the enquiry closes. Where required, separate information is provided about processing and retention for a contract or legal claim; this does not automatically justify keeping every unsuccessful quote request.

5. Hosting, technical data and international transfers

This website is hosted on OpenAI Sites. In the EEA, the provider is OpenAI Ireland Limited (1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland; privacy contact: privacy@openai.com). Data processed on our behalf for hosting is covered by the Sites Data Processing Addendum. Sub-processors may be used. For processing outside the EEA, the addendum provides for adequacy decisions or EU standard contractual clauses. Copies or further information about safeguards may be requested through the contacts above.

IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and page addresses may be processed to deliver and secure the website. Our purpose and legitimate interest is a functioning, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We maintain no separate visitor database. Retention criteria are the time necessary for operation, incident investigation and legal obligations. The provider’s processing for its own purposes and retention criteria are described in the OpenAI Europe privacy policy.

Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, store form content in browser storage, or carry out profiling or automated decision-making. We do not send form content to an AI service. The platform’s access and security functions are also subject to its own terms. Your email application and email provider operate under their respective privacy notices.

6. Your rights

You may request access and rectification, and, where the legal conditions apply, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If any separate processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to the email address above. We normally respond within one month and inform you within that period of any extension permitted by the GDPR and its reasons.

7. Complaints and remedies

You may complain to Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu. You may also contact another competent EU supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy.

Form terms of use

This form is solely for preparing an enquiry or road freight quote request. The button opens your email application; you send the message yourself. A quote request does not constitute an order, transport booking or contract. Only provide information you are authorised to share and check it before sending. The checkbox is not a CAPTCHA or marketing consent. Using this form does not limit your statutory rights.
